There are many things which we do in our daily life, which may lead to some medical or physical issues which can be avoided very easily if you know these small things.
- Eat fruits
When you eat your fruits with meals, the fruit is stuck in the stomach along with the contents of the meals and cannot reach the intestines in time. Lying there they get spoilt and spoil the remaining food in the stomach too. Thus it is recommended that you eat a fruit at least one hour after eating a meal or before your meal and preferably in the morning with empty stomach. It is in the morning that the body can best use the nutrients in the fruit and get enough energy to start the day.
- Drink Tea
Tea contains high amount of acid. It will cause the Protein content in the food so difficult to digest the food you ate. But you can drink after an hour.
- Loosen your belt
Normally there is a temptation of loosening belt after a good meal. But we need to know that it causes the intestines to twist or block .
It may also cause you to feel comfortable and you may continue eating, which leads to over food in your stomach.
- Take Bath
This will cause increasing your blood flow to you body parts like hands, legs & body so amount of blood around the stomach will reduce.
So it will leads to delaying your digestion
- Walk
This can result to acid reflex and indigestion. But good to do do this after say half an hour after meals
- Sleep
The food will not be able to digest properly if you sleep immediately afer meals. so this will lead to gastric & infection in our intestines.
- Smoke
Smoking the cigarette immediately after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes so the chances of affecting cancer is much higher.
